Making a purchase For an easy purchase

Simply browse our online catalogue by clicking on 'Create your custom Carpet' button.
- Click on a design of your choice
- Click on the shape of your choice
- Select colours from the palette of 60 shades.
- Select size.
The selected design with customized colors will be shown in your shopping cart.
- Click on the checkout icon.
- You will see your purchases listed.
- You will be guided for payment processing.
- After successful payment processing, your order will be confirmed, produced and delivered.
In unlikely event of any error in payment processing, please contact Payment Gateway company/ our Country Partner / Pronto global headquarters immediately. In case of access payment, the same will be refunded.
Cancelation
Cancelation is permitted within 48 hours of placing the order. In that case your money can be refunded, with a deduction of 10% as cancelation fee.
Returns
Please note that PRONTO Carpet is custom made to your specification, therefore it cannot be returned.
Credit Card Security
We use the services of a recognized payment gateway service company for the processing of all credit and debit card payments. They take responsibility for capturing and storing card details on their secure servers using 128 bit secure sockets layer technology and always ensure that this information is held with the high level of security you would expect from a major financial services company.
Colour and Images
The color appears differently on various computer monitors. We recommend seeing the actual color in wool in the poms, provided in Pronto Color Box in the Sample Kit. The actual color in your ordered carpet may vary from the color shown on the monitor or Pronto Color Box, due to technical reasons.
Size Variation
Sizes may vary up to 5%.
Complaints:
1. In case of damaged package, please insist for "open delivery" with the delivery agent. This means that carpet is opened in the presence of the delivery company, and if the inside contents are not damaged, you accept the delivery. If the carpet is found damaged, please return it to the delivery agent. We will reproduce the carpet and send it to you free of cost.
2. Complaints should be reported to our Country Partner or Global headquarters within 10 days of receiving the delivery from courier/ transport company. You will receive a response within 4 working days. Please refrain from using the carpet, once any fault is noticed.
3. We reserve the right to compensate you to a maximum of amount received by us, or replace the carpet in the same specification provided full payment has been received in our account without any recourse from you for payment reversal. In the case of replacement, or refund of your payment; the alleged faulty carpet becomes our property. Our Country Partner will arrange for free pick up of carpet from your place.
Remittance Terms
Payment in full is required before any goods are produced, dispatched or delivered. All invoices include VAT/ GST/ CT at the standard rate and delivery charges.
Confidentiality
Customer details are strictly confidential and are protected within the prevailing cyber laws. PRONTO Carpets will not disclose any information provided to third parties. Click our Privacy Policy.
Jurisdiction
All contracts are subject to competent courts in India only.
