Our History

The legacy of our family business started in 1942, with our founder, Mr. Damodar Das Baranwal (1917-1976). Mr. Bholanath Baranwal joined his father in 1972 and introduced several landmarks in the carpet industry; some of them are listed here under:

1976	The first totally Indian company in carpet industry to start with mechanised dyeing house
1977	Introduction of Bholanath Color Concept (BCC) a box carrying 506 color in poms.
1978	Introduction of Bidjar designs in India, which became renowned as 'Bhola Bidjar'
1982	All India Carpet Design Completion
1998	Importing fully integrated modern spinning plant thru sister company Bholanath Industries Ltd. Under 100% EOU scheme
2007	Licensee of "India Knot"

The third generation of our family now maintains the same values and integrity. Our integrated group and associate companies have in-house facility of yarn spinning, design & manufacturing activities.
